Graveyard Shift

Buried secrets never stay buried forever.

In Graveyard Shift, you play as a lone grave cleaner working the night shift at an isolated cemetery. What starts as a routine job quickly turns into a fight for survival as the dead claw their way back to life. With no weapons at your disposal, you must rely on shovel, stealth, and your wits to avoid the relentless undead stalking the grounds.

Navigate the eerie graveyard, hide in coffins and trees, and manipulate the environment to evade your pursuers. Every footstep, every breath—sound is your enemy. The creatures lurking in the dark don’t hunt for revenge or hunger… they hunt because something is calling them forth.

Will you escape, or will you become just another forgotten name on a weathered tombstone?

Graveyard Shift was developed as part of the Game Production course at the University of Central Florida (Spring 2025) using Unreal Engine 5.
